Hello guys!
Welcome to my first monthly reading wrap up! I am so emotionnal right now, and I’m very happy to share this new blog post today. As you may know, my job is taking a lot of my time in the summer, and I don’t have many time to read and write. But I’m trying to write my blog posts daily and I hope you like to read them as much as I like to write them!
Grab a cup of tea, some coffee, here we go!

Review | Kings, Queens and in-Betweens
My review / Mon avis Non spoilery / sans spoiler I started this book knowing approximatively nothing of the Drag Queens/Kings area except my RuPaul’s Drag Race binges – which is not much, believe me. So of course, when I learned about this book, I got excited to finally discover something taking place in this […]

Review No spoiler Oh my great goodness, there are so many things I have to say about this book I don’t know where to start. Sooo, let’s talk about the writing style, first. THIS is the kind of first-person narrative I looove to read. Why? Because it’s a teen who thinks like a teen. Meaning, […]

Stella Lane thinks math is the only thing that unites the universe. She comes up with algorithms to predict customer purchases — a job that has given her more money than she knows what to do with, and way less experience in the dating department than the average thirty-year-old.
It doesn’t help that Stella has Asperger’s and French kissing reminds her of a shark getting its teeth cleaned by pilot fish. Her conclusion: she needs lots of practice — with a professional. Which is why she hires escort Michael Phan. The Vietnamese and Swedish stunner can’t afford to turn down Stella’s offer, and agrees to help her check off all the boxes on her lesson plan — from foreplay to more-than-missionary position…
Before long, Stella not only learns to appreciate his kisses, but to crave all the other things he’s making her feel. Soon, their no-nonsense partnership starts making a strange kind of sense. And the pattern that emerges will convince Stella that love is the best kind of logic…
(via Goodreads)

Review | Aphrodite made me do it
Review/Mon avis One of my reading goals for the year is to read more poetry because I love it but don’t own much. This one? It became my favourite poetry and prose collection ever.
